Terms & Conditions

1. Agreement

By downloading, purchasing, or using any musical loops, beats, or samples from WyreSounds (operated by matwyre), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our products.

These terms apply to all WyreSounds products including free loops, premium loop kits, beats, and any associated materials.

2. Free Loops - Collaboration Required

Permitted Uses:

• Online beat sales (BeatStars, YouTube, streaming platforms)
• Non-monetized projects and demos
• Practice and learning purposes
• Independent artist collaborations

Collaboration Requirements:

• Add "matwyre" as collaborator on all music platforms (BeatStars, Spotify, Apple Music, etc.)
• 50/50 split on publishing, royalties, and credits (if only you + matwyre)
• 34% you, 33% matwyre, 33% other producer (for 3-way collaborations)
• These terms apply to all commercial releases, including major label placements
• Credit as: "(prod. your name x matwyre)" in all releases

Major Label & High-Stream Releases:

For releases exceeding 100,000 streams, signed artist releases, sync placements, or major label releases, the collaboration terms above remain mandatory. Contact us atcontact@matwyre.comfor documentation.

3. Premium Loops - Limited Royalty-Free

Standard Commercial License:

• Sell beats made with these loops without adding WyreSounds as collaborator
• Use for independent releases and streaming
• No voice tag required
• Credit preferred as: "(prod. your name x WyreSounds)" but not mandatory
• Multiple beat sales allowed with same loop

Restrictions & Major Placements:

• Contact contact@matwyre.com before major releases
• YouTube Content ID claims require written permission
• Cannot claim copyright ownership of original loops
• Cannot resell or redistribute raw loop files

4. Sample Sources & Copyright

Some loops may contain processed vocal samples from legitimate sources including Splice, Arcade, and other licensed sample libraries. All melodic content and original compositions are owned by WyreSounds/matwyre.

You cannot claim copyright ownership of the original loop compositions. Your license is for use only, not ownership transfer.

5. Prohibited Uses

• Reselling or redistributing raw loop files
• Claiming ownership of original compositions
• Using in hate speech, defamatory, or illegal content
• Violating collaboration requirements for free loops
• Major commercial use without proper clearance
• Reverse engineering or attempting to isolate individual elements

7. Limitation of Liability

WyreSounds/matwyre provides loops "as is" without warranty. We are not liable for any damages, losses, or legal issues arising from use of our products. Your use is at your own risk.

8. Enforcement & Violations

Violation of these terms may result in legal action, including but not limited to:

• DMCA takedown notices
• Platform strikes and account suspensions
• Legal claims for unpaid royalties and damages
• Injunctive relief to stop unauthorized use

We actively monitor usage and will pursue all available legal remedies for violations.

9. Terms Updates

These terms may be updated periodically. Continued use of our products after changes constitutes acceptance of new terms. Major changes will be communicated via email to registered users.
